Spring4 works closely with CSC providing strategic real estate advice in relation to its UK and European locations. Since 2017, we have overseen the relocation of offices in Cambridge (U.K.), Luxembourg, Dublin, and most recently, CSC’s European headquarters in Canary Wharf, London. As well as advising on lease acquisitions and office relocations, we have successfully settled rent reviews, negotiated end-of-lease settlements, and advised CSC on the operation of multiple break clauses. Spring4 Project Management has delivered fit-outs for CSC in Cambridge and London. The delivery of the fit-out at 5 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, took place in the first half of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Spring4 PM mitigated the potential risks presented by such unforeseen circumstances and successfully navigated the ever-changing government guidance to get the project delivered.
