Lee has been a Director of Spring4 since 2015 and was made Managing Director of the real estate business in 2025. He provides market leading advice in relation to all aspects of corporate occupier leasing and investment. He specialises in supporting companies with multiple locations and has extensive experience transacting in London, the entirety of the UK, EMEA and beyond. Lee is a trusted advisor to a diverse mix of clients ranging from exciting tech startups to multinational, listed corporations. He has been invited to speak at a number of industry events covering topics including ESG, office leasing dynamics, dilapidations and more. Lee is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Master’s Degree from Bayes Business School where he graduated with Distinction. He is a Co-Chair of Exis Global and a past Chairman of the Tenant Representation Advisor’s Society (TRADS) in London.

Hugh began his real estate career in 1978 becoming a director of Connell Wilson prior to its sale to Lambert Smith Hampton in 1996. Hugh spearheaded the creation of Spring4 with three other Founding Directors in 2001. Hugh has extensive experience advising occupiers on a broad range of complex real estate matters both nationally and internationally. Hugh prides himself on building long standing relationships with his clients, some of which he has advised for over 40 years. He has a strength in grasping and leveraging the most complex details of negotiations and contentious matters to extract maximum value for his clients.

Richard launched his real estate career in 1991 and went on to found Spring4 in 2001. Over the years, he has built and nurtured strong relationships with Spring4’s valued clients, aligning their complex business objectives with clear, actionable property strategies. With a proven track record of creating, negotiating, and delivering market-leading transactions across diverse industry sectors and nationwide locations, Richard brings deep expertise and insight to every engagement. His strength lies in simplifying the complexities of real estate strategy for stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and confidence in decision-making. Through his leadership across all aspects of corporate real estate, Richard ensures Spring4 consistently delivers exceptional consulting services that empower businesses to make the best property decisions.

Ian is a Founding Director of Spring4 having previously operated as Head of City Agency at Lambert Smith Hampton. Ian has extensive experience working both nationally and in central London markets. He has previously advised both landlords and tenants and has a thorough understanding of the respective key drivers in the search for property solutions. Ian specialises in representing occupiers in London and throughout the UK and is a specialist amongst insurance occupiers. Ian prides himself on building long lasting relationships with his clients and has acted for many clients for over 10 years. Ian uses his extensive market experience to advise occupiers on their unique property requirements

Christopher joined Spring4 in 2006 and has since advised a wide range of corporate occupiers on their national property portfolios. He has been involved in transactions across every major UK city, covering leasehold acquisitions, rent reviews, lease regears, dilapidations and capital markets activity. He brings extensive experience acting for major national and international occupiers, including long-term advisory roles on multi-site portfolios and complex outsourcing mandates. Christopher is known for his data-led, tenant-first approach and his ability to secure strong commercial outcomes for clients in negotiations. His work extends beyond traditional office projects. Christopher regularly supports charities, educational institutions and religious organisations on complex freehold assets and development land. His experience in this area has made him a trusted advisor for clients navigating critical real estate decisions. Christopher is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He holds an MA in Property, Valuation and Law from Bayes Business School and an MSc in International Finance, Investment and Banking from LSBU.

John is a Founding Director of Spring4 and has 40 years’ experience in the real estate industry and specialises in providing strategic property advice to tenants and occupiers in London, throughout the UK and globally in some cases. John’s wide experience has been gleaned from a career within firms such as Sinclair Goldsmith, Jones Lang LaSalle and Lambert Smith Hampton, prior to the founding of Spring4 in 2002. John’s primary expertise is in agency transactions, rent reviews, lease renewals, sales and providing general corporate real estate advice including lease exit, dilapidations, service charge audits and portfolio management.

Alice joined Spring4 as a Graduate Surveyor in September 2014 after completing an MSc in Real Estate at Bayes Business School and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2016. Alice advises on occupational real estate in central London and across the UK. Alice is an expert in national portfolio advisory work and currently advises a number of multinational organisations on their UK leasehold office portfolios. She works closely with clients to maximise value and efficiency across their estates. In addition to agency transactions, Alice provides advice on a wide range of professional services, including lease restructuring, rent reviews, development appraisals and dilapidations.

Luke is a Director at Spring4 having joined the company in early 2017. Luke specialises in commercial real estate transactions and strategic consultancy, advising clients both in London and across the UK. Luke is proud to have advised various global occupier clients including TripAdvisor, Intact Insurance, Sennheiser and CSC Global. Luke relishes maintaining excellent and long-standing client relationships, many of whom have appointed him across their UK wide office portfolios. Luke has an intrinsic understanding of delivering projects from start through to completion, and places great importance on guiding clients through all project stages. In addition to acquisitions and disposals, Luke specialises in rent reviews, lease re-gears and renewals, L&T Act 1954 matters, serviced office contracts and dilapidations settlements.

Ed joined Spring4 in September 2019 and was recently promoted to a Director in December 2025. Over the years, he has become a trusted advisor to occupiers across Central London and the UK, specialising in advising portfolio clients. Ed is also experienced in representing a variety of single office occupiers in Central London which includes a mix of occupiers from financial, professional services and pharmaceutical sectors. Ed has specialised expertise in supporting clients on complex rent review and valuation matters. This is supplemented by his lead role within the company in financial modelling capabilities. Ed is MRICS qualified and graduated with a Masters Degree from Bayes Business School where he graduated with Distinction.
