Spring4, working closely with our Exis partners in Boston, advised Klaviyo as it looked to establish its first international office in London. Klaviyo had experienced rapid growth in Boston and forecast similar growth in the UK. We worked with leadership teams from the US and London initially to source and acquire a flexible short-term office solution in WeWork and simultaneously started the search for the company’s next move. For Klaviyo’s medium-term office, Spring4 presented various models of office leasing including serviced, flex, managed and traditional. We evaluated the pros and cons of each option, including an analysis of cost, flexibility and service levels. We settled on an agreement with flexible office provider Knotel at 49 Southwark Bridge Road, which allowed the client to obtain a fully-branded, bespoke fit-out with excellent lease flexibility to accommodate future growth.
